Honoring Louboutin's Barbie special edition pumps by making them into a piece of art ;o)
The starting point were my Louboutin Barbie shoes that are kind of too special to wear ... so I wanted to display them!
I searched high & low to find a glass bowl big enough to use as a dome for the shoes - not an easy task ...
Next to shoes a glue gun is a girl's best friend ha/ha ;o)
Decorating my 'dome' with silk flowers, a butterfly & crystals
A pink plate to use as a base for the Barbie shoes :o)
Et voilą: The new centre piece for my dining room table!
